Our bakery and all of our raw ingredients are 100% gluten, wheat and nut free. Providing SAFE food for customers not only with coeliac disease but also customers with food allergies, food intolerances and customers who choose not to consume certain foods is our PASSION.
Great Customer service is something that we pride ourselves on here at Just Yummy. We strive to create not only bakery products but also an environment for our customers to feel SAFE to shop at and that our knowledge of our product we bake is correct for individual needs.
Just yummy doesn’t just bake “gluten free” we bake many products that are also fructose free, low/no fodmap, egg free, dairy free and also vegan. It is with the above passion for providing SAFE foods that our range is ever growing and evolving.
I have been a part of the retail and baking industry for well over 20 years, however it wasn’t until our daughter was diagnosed with food intolerances that baking for “intolerances” became a part of our everyday lives. I love to bake, create and feed people food that is not just yummy, but is also SAFE and caters for their individual needs, and this is where just yummy comes in.
Our passion to evolve our products and our business is felt throughout the bakery every day.
I am a trade baker and have been baking for 20+ years. My passion is creating great tasting and SAFE bread and bakery treats for the whole family to enjoy.
We hand make all of our products from scratch using traditional baking methods in our Gluten and Nut free environment.
Our daughter has coeliac disease and it is with her in mind that we continue to evolve and grow to try and make our products more readily available for all to enjoy.
I started at the bakery as a casual sales assistant. The opportunity of apprentice baker came up and I jumped at the chance. I have always enjoyed baking at home and now I get to use those skills everyday and also the new ones I’m learning through my apprenticeship.
I also believe great customer service and product knowledge of the products I bake is a very important part of my role at Just Yummy.
